Hobonichi 2024 A6 Planner Cover [Liberty Fabrics: Hollyhocks Orange]

This butterfly-stopper style cover is made from a beautiful textile from the venerable fabric brand Liberty Fabrics.

The featured textile for this cover is “Hollyhocks,” inspired by the hollyhock flower that symbolises the English garden. The design expresses innocence, purity, and serenity; the soft colours and touches of watercolour with blotches and shading create a fantastic atmosphere as if it is surrounded by light and shadow.

This cover is made with Liberty Fabric’s own ‘Tana Lawn’ material, a meticulously processed cotton fabric with a soft, silken feel that offers prints in vibrant colours.

The cover interior uses a soft material that almost feels like cotton. The smoky green gives the cover a chic look.

Changes in 2024

The A6 planner cover is no longer sold as a set to include the planner. From 2024, you will now have the option of buying a planner to fit your cover of choice, separately. The A6 cover fits the ‘planner’ and the ‘orginal’. Please see our range of Hobonichi planners, here. 

Specifics of the A6 Cover

1. Butterfly-stopper
   This is the name for the pen holders that are on either side of the cover. By closing the techo cover and putting a pen through both pen holders, it acts as a hinge and holds the cover shut, preventing the pages from crumpling.

   

2. Various pockets
   The Hobonichi Techo cover comes with lots of pockets both on the inside and outside. There are various shapes and sizes, from those in which you can store small cards to those that can fit larger postcards.

   

3. Two bookmarks
   The covers come with two bookmarks with triangular and rectangular charms on the ends (the shape of the charms may differ depending on the cover). It’s useful to use each bookmark to mark different pages, for example using one for the monthly calendar and one for the daily pages.
